A hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2023, regarding Hallmark Farms located at 14300 North Bryant Avenue. They have filed an application with the City of Oklahoma City to change the zoning designation of their property. This is Case Number: PUD-1946.
The purpose of the request is to change the existing agricultural based zoning to a commercial based zoning that will permit the mixed use and development of retail, residential, and office.

Currently, the Public Hearing will be held by the Oklahoma City Planning Commission on Thursday, May 25, in the Council Chambers, Third Floor, Municipal Building, 200 North Walker Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
